Margaret Campbell, Ph.D.

Dr. Campbell has over 35 years of research and research management experience in topics related to the intersection of aging, disability, and technology. Since retiring in May 2016 as the Senior Scientist for Planning and Policy Support for the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR), which is part of the Administration on Community Living (ACL) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service (DHHS), Campbell established a small consulting firm, focused on working with university-based researchers to help bridge aging and disability research, policy, and practice. Dr. Campbell’s degrees are in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and Sociology from Lehigh University and UC Davis.
