Wendy Rogers, Ph.D. serves as Co-Director of the RERC and is overseeing the Center’s research activities. In addition, she is the PI on Project R1 (User Needs) and an investigator on R3 (TeleWellness Technologies). Dr. Rogers is Khan Professor of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she is Director of the Human Factors and Aging Laboratory and Program Director of CHART: Collaborations in Health, Aging, Research, and Technology. Her research interests include design for aging; technology acceptance; human-automation interaction; aging-in-place; human-robot interaction; aging with impairments or disabilities.
